Typically, after discussing the project basics over the phone, I will visit your space to take measurements and prepare a quote based on time and complexity of the project. Sometimes the client prefers to purchase the flooring, wood, paint, etc and other clients prefer that I purchase the supplies. I will offer expertise on design and/or product selection if desired.

Together we will determine a start date, and I will provide an estimated timeline. ½ of the labor cost is due by the start date of the project with the rest due upon satisfactory completion.
